Operation principle of the line

1. After separating the stomach from the intestinal set, the operator determines its approximate middle and throws it in a V-shaped form onto the receiving hook of the LF-B machine, where the intestine is captured by rollers.
2. Сasings is passed through rubber stretching and lower smooth rollers, during which the contents are separated.
3. Then casings passes through degreasing rollers, where the outer side is treated (degreasing-brushing).
4. To remove the contents of the stomach, it is necessary to install a side trough and a container for collecting the contents.
5. To prevent the product from getting on the floor, a container for collecting the stomach and used water should be provided.
6. The outer wall of the casings should be treated at least 2 times.
7. Then the intestine needs to be manually turned inside out. The turned casings is passed through the machine again for removing slime and degreasing.
8. After processing, casings should be placed in cold water for cooling.

6 Machine for Removing the Outer Skin of Pork Casings LF-РS

Principle of operation

1. The operator manually feeds 4-5 pork casings emptied from their contents and soaked in water into the machine for removing the outer skin of pork casings LF-PS through a special opening and pulls them through the skinning roller. Through the rubbing action of the sharp skinning roller, the outer skin is removed from the casing wall. The skinning roller is continuously cleaned by an additional roller.

2. The casings then placed between the smooth roller and the pulling roller for further pulling through the machine, resulting in the separation of the remaining slime.

3. After leaving the machine, the casings are collected on a specially designed pick-up hook.

4. After processing, the casing should be placed in cold water for cooling and additional rinsing.

5. The machine is equipped with spraying tubes, which ensure atomization of water between the rollers, which prevents sticking and damage to the casing during processing.
