Last week, we hosted representatives from LLC "Tambov Bacon" — one of Russia’s leading players in the meat industry.
Their team came to familiarize themselves with our production, test the equipment, and verify the efficiency of an automated line for slicing and marinating shashlik, specially designed to suit their needs.
Client’s goal:
Create a stable and efficient meat processing workflow—from slicing to marinating with spices and loading raw material into massagers.
Our solution includes:
- Three manual meat slicing conveyors and one combining conveyor.
- Raw material delivery via the combining conveyor directly into 3.5-ton storage hoppers.
- Automatic weighing of raw materials in each hopper for precise dosing.
- Vacuum transfer of raw material from hoppers into 4-ton vacuum marinating units during filling.
- Marination with spices and unloading of the finished product.
- The line is versatile, capable of working with pork, beef, and chicken—only the size of the meat pieces needs adjustment, making it highly flexible.
