The line is designed for cutting uncalibrated poultry carcasses of different weights and sizes, which allows to use this type of line at small and medium-sized enterprises.

Features of the HD-7/7 poultry deboning line:
- productivity of this line at full load up to 18 tonnes per shift
- conveyor body is made of stainless steel AISI 304
- all conveyors use modular food-grade plastic belt
- the speed of the conveyors can be adjusted independently of each other, which allows optimising the operation of all workstations
- all worktops are made of polyethylene approved for food contact
- the line is controlled from a common control cabinet
- an emergency stop cable runs along the entire line.In case of emergency, any employee can stop the entire line
- at the end of the working shift, the entire line must be washed. To comply with sanitary norms and convenience of handling, a belt lifting device is provided in the conveyor design. All conveyors are driven with raised belts, which provides full access for quality washing of all elements
